We machine parts from castings, forgings, bars, or plates, using a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, tool-grade steel, iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, nickel alloys, and engineering plastics.

CNC Milling

We have state-of-the-art equipment for both vertical and horizontal milling, with the capability of up to 4 simultaneous machining axes. We also have double pallet equipment to eliminate downtime in high-volume productions. Our engineering department is capable of designing and manufacturing the fixtures used during this process.

CNC Turning

We have both horizontal and vertical lathes, allowing us to offer turning solutions for parts of various sizes and geometries. For high-volume productions, we use lathes with bar feeders, which enables continuous production and minimizes downtime for tool changes. Additionally, for complex machining, we have machines with accessories like live tooling and steady rest, allowing us to machine with high precision. We have experience with a wide variety of threads including ANSI, ISO, API, ACME, STUB ACME, NPT, BSPT, among others.

Gear Hobbing

We have the capability to manufacture straight gears, helical gears, worm gears, pulleys, racks, straight bevel gears, pinions, splined gears, and internal gears. We have conventional machines with automatic cycles, which ensures precision and a high-quality finish in the gear teeth.

Complementary Processes

To provide a complete service and deliver a finished product to our clients, we offer additional processes beyond machining, including: broaching, cylindrical grinding, band sawing, TIG & MIG welding, brazing, sandblasting, cleaning, and minor assemblies.

Subcontracted Processes

We have a catalog of qualified suppliers for finishes and heat treatments. We ensure the quality of the finished product, including subcontracted processes, simplifying our clients’ procurement by providing a single point of contact.
